I’m a GTA PhD Student at the School of Computing and Digital Technologies of Sheffield Hallam University since February 2026.

Before, I was an IT Director at Metropolis Digital Institute (IMD) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), Brazil, where I led multidisciplinary teams across technical support, software development, network infrastructure, security and data center operations. My main focus was on strategic team management, operational efficiency, and delivering technology solutions aligned with institutional goals. I have extensive experience in problem-solving, IT resource planning, network management, DevOps, observability and cybersecurity.

Passionate about leveraging technology to enhance organizational performance and service delivery to improve people’s lives, I thrive in environments that demand empathy, agility and innovation.
